Mark has worked with some of the corporate worlds most talked about icons. In 1999, Mark worked directly with author and wealth expert Robert Kiyosaki to promote his book “Rich Dad/Poor Dad”, and was the opening speaker for Robert’s public seminar. In 2002, Mark was one of 11 hand picked protégé’s selected by the New York Times best selling author Roy H. Williams as one of the original “Wizard of Ads Partners” to learn the intricacies of persuasion marketing and consulting.

Mark’s degree in sociology gives him an interesting and insightful perspective on group dynamics and how they interact with Corporate Culture. Fascinated by his years of research on culture, anthropology, and associated dogmas, Mark got an “inside” look at the dynamics that shape behaviors and inspire motivation. Mark now uses this information to assist leaders in designing high performance cultures.

Growing up in Alaska shaped Mark’s perspective on business and life. Seeing the ultimate balance of nature has motivated Mark to study the natural processes that motivate people.
